MINC Collection Toner Paint

Minc Reactive Paint Medium. Paint a thin layer of medium on rubber stamp designs stamp onto the surface to be foiled allow to dry and run it through a Minc machine sold separately. The foil will adhere to the designs. Also great for use with stencils and templates. This package contains 3oz of reactive paint medium. Acid free.
